These terms are a contract between you and The Menopause Sleep Method ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, buying our programs, or joining our coaching, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract in your country. The programs are designed for adult women in perimenopause or menopause, but anyone over 18 is welcome to purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything done under your account. Do not share your account with others. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, email support@menopausesleepmethod.com right away.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. By buying, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
One-time products (currently the $37 main program and $34 implementation upsell) are charged once at purchase.
The main program ($37) includes a 30-day free trial of Personal Sleep Coaching. There is no charge for coaching during this 30-day trial. On day 30, the coaching subscription automatically renews at $19.99/month, charged to the same card you used at checkout, and continues monthly until you cancel.
We send a reminder email approximately 3 days before the first $19.99 charge so the conversion is not a surprise.
To cancel before or after the first charge, reply to any email from us or write to support@menopausesleepmethod.com. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. You keep access to the coaching service through the end of the period you have already paid for. Your main Menopause Sleep Method program is unaffected by canceling coaching.
If you refund the main program, your coaching trial subscription is automatically canceled at the same time. We email you to confirm.
Lifetime coaching ($197), if previously purchased, is a single payment with no recurring charge.
Our refund terms are explained on the Refund Policy page. In short: the main program and implementation upsell are covered by a Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee. The coaching trial is free for the first 30 days and refunding the main program also cancels the trial. If the first $19.99 monthly charge has already gone through, we will refund it if you email us within 7 days. After that first month, subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable but you can cancel future billing at any time.

Do not use the site to break the law, attack our infrastructure, scrape content at scale, harass our team or other members, or attempt to access accounts that are not yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the programs is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost sleep, lost income, or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent allowed.
We may update the programs, add or remove features, and change these terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that any dispute will first be addressed informally - email support@menopausesleepmethod.com and we will do our best to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
