We want you to feel safe buying from us. If the program is not right for you, we will refund your money. Here is exactly how that works.

Main program ($37): Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a refund on The Menopause Sleep Method main program at any time. No questions asked. You do not need to explain, justify, or prove anything. You can keep any downloads you have already saved - we will not ask you to delete them.

Implementation upsell ($34): same Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee

The implementation upsell is covered by the same Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee as the main program. You can refund it on its own, or together with the main program.

Coaching subscription ($19.99/month, included free for the first 30 days)

Your main purchase includes a 30-day free coaching trial. After day 30 your subscription continues at $19.99/month, charged automatically to your card on file. We send a reminder 3 days before the first charge so it is not a surprise.

To cancel, just reply to any email from us, or write to support@menopausesleepmethod.com. Once you cancel, you will not be billed again.

Refund terms on coaching:

• The 30-day trial itself is free. If you cancel before day 30, no charge is ever made.
• If you refund the main program, the trial subscription is canceled automatically. No further charges. We email you to confirm.
• If you forget to cancel and the first $19.99 charge has already gone through, we will refund that first month if you email us within 7 days, no questions asked. Just tell us you missed the reminder.
• After that first refundable month, subsequent $19.99/month charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel future billing at any time and keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Lifetime coaching ($197, legacy)

If you purchased the lifetime coaching option (a legacy product no longer offered), it is a one-time payment covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days it is non-refundable, but access does not expire.

How to request a refund

Send one email to support@menopausesleepmethod.com from the email address on your order. Tell us which product you want refunded. That is all we need.

• No forms to fill out.
• No phone call required.
• No survey or "are you sure" questions.

We typically process refund requests within 1-2 business days. Once processed, your bank usually returns the money to your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Before you dispute a charge with your bank

If something looks wrong on your statement, or you want your money back, please email us first at support@menopausesleepmethod.com. We will almost always refund you faster than a chargeback would, and without the hassle. Chargebacks take weeks, involve your bank and our payment processor, and can affect your ability to buy from small businesses like ours in the future. A simple email to us is the fastest path.

Fraud and abuse

We reserve the right to decline refunds when there is clear evidence of fraud (for example, the same person asking for repeat refunds on multiple accounts, or reselling our materials after a refund). This is the only exception to "no questions asked".
